Do I need experience riding an electric bike?

You should be comfortable riding a bicycle. Our team provides an introduction to the electric bike controls and safety before you set off.

Are helmets included with bike hire?

Yes. A helmet is included and must be worn while riding.

Can we visit wineries along the way?

Yes. You can explore recommended winery routes and attractions. Book cellar-door tastings separately and ride responsibly; never cycle while impaired.

Are children able to hire bikes?

The existing booking information lists riders aged 14 and over and states that children's bikes are not available. Please confirm suitability before booking.

What happens if my bike has a problem?

Roadside assistance is offered within designated trail areas. Contact the team using the number provided with your hire.

Can I collect a bike from my accommodation?

Selected Pokolbin accommodation locations offer bike collection. Availability and pricing depend on the venue, so confirm your pickup location when booking.

Are wine tasting fees included?

No. Wineries may charge tasting fees, and these are separate from bike hire.
